Topic: "Improve Your Strength, Balance and Mobility with Physical Therapy"
A representative from Strive Physical Therapy will join us at our upcoming HSCSJ meeting to discuss how physical therapy can help seniors improve mobility, balance, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. They will explain and demonstrate various techniques, exercises, equipment, and therapeutic tools used in their practice to help manage pain, prevent falls, recover from injuries, and maintain an active and independent lifestyle.
This informative and interactive presentation will also give members an opportunity to ask questions and learn how physical therapy may benefit their individual health needs.
