Marwaha gave a talk on coronary artery disease, and peripheral vascular disease with special emphasis on preventative care, Heart Attack, Stroke, reasons & Management of High/Low Blood Pressure, Aortic Disease, Heart valve complications, etc. followed by a Q&A.

• 2023-02-21 Dr. Laxmi Bhandari, MBA, Ph.D. discussed (1) What is going on in the Stock Market and with the interest rates; (2) Information for filing 2022 income tax returns; and (3) Using the Internet safely for financial transactions. This was followed with Q&A session.

• 2023-05-14  Poetry--Geet, Ghazal, Shayari--flavors of Humor, Satire (Humorous), Love and Beauty--Dedicated to Seniors. Renowned Humorous poets from India, Namely--Mrs. Anu Sapan, Shri Chirag Jain & Shri Ramesh Menon entertained HSCSJ.

• 2023-5-25  Dr. Richa Mishra, MD. discussed different kinds of Arthritis, its Symptoms & Approach, Joints, Muscles & Nerve pain, Management & Treatment of pain, etc. The lively session was followed by Q & A.

• 2023-6-13 Dr. Samir Shah, MD, FACS answered questions on an ear condition such as an infection, hearing loss or trouble with balance--nose and nasal issues like allergies, sinusitis or growths--throat problems like tonsillitis, difficulty swallowing and voice issues--sleep trouble like snoring & obstructive sleep apnea--infections or tumors of your head or neck--followed by a Q&A session.

• 2023-09-12 Dr. Mahesh Kumar talked about (1) Identity Theft (2) Telephone Scams (3) Credit Cards Fraud (4) Wire Fraud (5) Computer & email Scams (6) Personal & Home Safety, (7)  The latest Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is now being used by scammers to use your voice to fake the kidnapping of a relative and loved one or being in dire circumstances, etc. to extract money to scam Senior Citizens and take actions to minimize the probability of becoming a victim.

• 2023-09-26  Mrs. Benu Dhawan talked on "AYURVEDA & YOGA FOR SENIORS" and discussed the Benefits of Yogic Kriyas & and Ayurvedic Treatments.

•  2023-10-10 Mr. Alan Gudis of BGA Insurance group made a presentation on “Medicare and Product Availability” including existing plans, new plans, and changes for 2023. Mr. Gudis provided an introduction to BGA Insurance Group.  The presentation was followed by a Q&A session.

• 2023-10-24 Dr. Bhagwat Mangla shared his experience/journey from the eyes of a patient his on-going Prostate Cancer treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC. And Dr. Mahesh Kumar talked about the various prostate treatment options including the latest developments.  There was an open panel discussion after the talks.

• 2023-11-14 Mrs. Bharati Shah was elected as our next President unopposed.  

       Dr. Ketki Soin, MD, Ophthalmologist (Eye Doctor) talked about Eye problems

       like Cataract, Glaucoma, Dry Eyes, Cornea, Retina & Lasik.

• 2023-11-19 DIWALI PUJAN & DHOOM DHADAKA WITH DANCE PERFORMANCES:  Artists from Delaware Valley entrained Various Dance Performances by the artists from the Delaware Valley.  Diwali sweets were distributed.

• 2023-12-17 17th ANNUAL PROGRAM Entertainment by local Artists, President's Annual Report and Lavish Lunch served and lot more at no Admission cost to our members.
